Weekend Schedule

FRIDAY, June 6th

4:00pm – 9:00pm Registration and Tech Inspection see below***

8:00pm – 7:00 am No Race Engines, except to position cars in the upper paddock area.

9:00pm – 9:30 pm Worker meeting in lodge.

*** Registration will be at the Lodge at mountaintop. Tech Inspection will be at both Tech Tent at mountaintop and a roving tech will be made in the paddock at base. Note: Race cars will not be tech inspected until driver is registered. Entrants are asked to have their cars on display on Friday evening and Sunday during quiet time at mountain top paddock. This is an opportunity to generate interest in the race/our sport/ your potential sponsors. Talk to an event official if you are parked in base location and need to get your race car to mountaintop on Friday evening.

SATURDAY, June 7th

6:30am - 8:00am Registration Open at Registration Tent

7:00am - 8:30am Tech Open at Tech Tent mountaintop, roving tech at base station.

7:15am Worker Meeting at Lodge

7:30am Driver Meeting at Registration Area, Lodge.

8:00am – 12:00noon First two practice runs un-timed, then start Official timed runs for all classes.

Approx. 12:00pm - 12:45pm Stop runs for worker lunch (lunch provided for workers)

1:00pm- 5:00pm Resume timed runs. Worker Party – Social and Buffet Dinner at the Wolf Ridge Lodge

7:00pm – 7:00 am No Race Engines

SUNDAY, June 8th

6:30am - 8:00am Registration Open in lodge.

7:00am - 8:30am Tech Open at Tech Tent mountaintop, roving tech at base station.

7:30am Worker Meeting at Lodge

7:45am Driver Meeting at Registration Area, Lodge

8:00am – 4:30pm Official Timed Runs begin

10:00am - 12:00pm Stop runs for worker lunch (lunch provided for workers). Drivers asked to be with their cars from 10am until 11am to meet with the public in lodge parking lot.

NOTE Mandatory “Quiet Time”: NO RACE ENGINES FROM 10am to 12:00PM

5:00pm – 6:00pm Awards – Approximately 30 minutes after last car on track.
